Weekend Shoot — Transcripts & Strategy

Ground rules for every take

The triple hook — every video fires on 3 layers in the first 2 seconds

Spoken line + on-screen title text + a visual beat. Viewers read before they listen — the on-screen title is the real hook, and it has to work as a frozen frame on its own. Zero preamble: no "hey guys," no niche intro, pain inside 3 seconds.

Voice — these are written the way you actually talk

Causal chains (problem → consequence → consequence → fix), one concrete number per script, "right?" as connective tissue, mechanism over hype. If a line feels like clean symmetrical ad copy, roughen it on camera — hedges and "kind of" are yours, keep a couple. Numbers carry the excitement; no exclamation marks.

1 · The 10 launch reels — organic spine, comment DEMO

Chatbot-first brand campaign realigned under the AI-First thesis: the booking leak is chapter one of becoming the AI-First company, and the free demo bot is the first install — built with Claude. Shoot reels 1–6, 9, 10 in one sitting. Reel 8 = screen-record VO. Reel 7 gated on audit numbers.

Triple hook

Spoken"The biggest leak in your foundation & waterproofing business isn't your leads." On-screenTHE BIGGEST LEAK ISN'T YOUR LEADS VisualTight talking head, hard cut in mid-gesture — no logo, no intro frame.

Transcript

It's what happens after a homeowner contacts you. They fill out your form… and then they wait. Hours. Sometimes days, right?

And somewhere between "contact us" and an actual scheduled inspection, a huge share of them just disappear. They didn't hire somebody better — they hired whoever made it easiest to book.

Now, my book covers five systems that take a foundation company from one million to ten. But none of them matter until you fix chapter one: make it stupid-easy to book an inspection.

So I built a free tool that does exactly that — it's the first piece of what I call an AI-First company, and it's built with Claude. Comment DEMO and I'll build it for your company. Free.

ATF caption

If homeowners are contacting your foundation & waterproofing company but never ending up on your calendar, comment DEMO and I'll build you the fix — free.

Strategy & purpose

  • Job: campaign thesis — pinned. Every other reel is a spoke off this hub.
  • Belief moved: #1 on the ladder — "the real problem is calendar variance, not lead volume."
  • AI-First frame: introduces "AI-First company" as the category and the demo bot as install #1 — the manifesto funnel is the one already producing leads ($150 spend → 5 of 7 leads).
  • Funnel: TOF organic → video-view ads run on this exact IG post ID so comments pool on one post.
Reel 2objection reframeCTA: DEMO
"Why don't foundation & waterproofing companies let homeowners book inspections online? Because it's not a calendar problem."
▸ expand for transcript + strategy

Triple hook

SpokenHook as written — question, then the flip. On-screenIT'S NOT A CALENDAR PROBLEM VisualLean-in on the flip line; position change after the hook.

Transcript

Every owner I talk to has the same list, right? What if they're outside my service area? What if it's a job we don't do? What if the decision-maker isn't home? What if a tire-kicker books a slot my estimator drives forty minutes for?

All fair. Your phone call is your qualification system — and dropping a calendar on your website removes it. So you keep the callback. And again — the callback is where the leads die.

The answer isn't "book anything instantly." It's qualified instant booking: ask the right five questions first, check the address, check the job type — then show times.

There was never a good way to do that at scale. Now there is. Comment DEMO and I'll show you — free, built for your company.

ATF caption

If you've avoided online booking because your phone call is how you qualify foundation & waterproofing leads, comment DEMO — I'll show you qualified instant booking, free.

Strategy & purpose

  • Job: the empathy reel — validates every real reason owners avoid online booking, then reframes. Earns the right to sell the fix.
  • Belief moved: #4 — qualification and booking matter more than a cheap form fill.
  • AI-First frame: close lands on "qualified instant booking = what AI-First looks like at the front door."
  • Why it works: objection-as-hook is a proven pattern (question hook + counterintuitive flip).
Reel 3visceral leakCTA: DEMO
"It's 8:47 PM. A homeowner in your city just found a crack in their foundation and their basement is taking on water. Watch what happens."
▸ expand for transcript + strategy

Triple hook

SpokenHook as written — scene-set + "watch what happens" open loop. On-screen8:47 PM. WATER IN THE BASEMENT. VisualNight-time framing if possible; phone in hand.

Transcript

They search. They find you. They open your website… and there's a phone number that goes to voicemail, and a form that says "we'll get back to you."

So they keep scrolling. And the company that answers at 8:47 — even with a robot — gets the inspection.

Basements don't flood on a nine-to-five schedule, right? Cracks get noticed at night and on weekends — exactly when your office is closed.

You don't need a night shift. You need something that qualifies the homeowner, checks they're in your service area, and books the inspection while you're asleep. An AI-First company never sleeps on a wet basement. I built it, it's free — comment DEMO.

ATF caption

If your foundation & waterproofing company goes dark after 5 PM while homeowners are finding cracks at 9, comment DEMO — I'll build you the thing that books inspections while you sleep. Free.

Strategy & purpose

  • Job: the most visceral leak — after-hours dead end. Strongest scene-based hook in the set.
  • Belief moved: #2 — demand can be created/captured before the homeowner price-shops; speed decides.
  • AI-First frame: "an AI-First company never sleeps" — makes the category concrete.
  • Retention: open loop ("watch what happens") pays off at the mechanism line — keep the pacing tight through the scroll beat.
Reel 42x same lead flowCTA: DEMO
"Phone tag is killing more foundation & waterproofing jobs than bad leads ever did."
▸ expand for transcript + strategy

Triple hook

SpokenHook as written — contrarian claim. On-screenPHONE TAG > BAD LEADS (as the job killer) VisualPhone to ear, put it down on the hook line.

Transcript

Here's the loop. Homeowner fills out your form. Your office calls back at 2 PM — they're at work, no answer. They call you back at 6 — office is closed. You try again tomorrow morning…

Two days of this, and they've booked with someone else. Someone who just let them pick a time.

You're not losing them because your work isn't good, right? You're losing them because scheduling requires two humans to be free at the same moment.

Remove that requirement, and the same lead flow produces dramatically more booked inspections — without spending another dollar on ads. That's the whole trick. AI-First companies don't play phone tag. Comment DEMO and I'll build you the fix, free.

ATF caption

If your office is playing phone tag with foundation & waterproofing leads all week, comment DEMO — same leads, more booked inspections, zero extra ad spend. Free.

Strategy & purpose

  • Job: carries the economic promise — more booked inspections from the SAME lead flow, no extra spend. This is the ROI reel.
  • Belief moved: #1 + #4 — it's a handoff problem, not a lead problem.
  • Mechanism beat: "two humans free at the same moment" is the observation that makes the whole campaign click for owners.
Reel 5tire-kicker objectionCTA: DEMO
"'If I let homeowners book online, tire-kickers will eat my estimator's calendar alive.' Every foundation & waterproofing owner tells me this. Here's the problem —"
▸ expand for transcript + strategy

Triple hook

SpokenOwner's own words, verbatim, then the turn. On-screen"TIRE-KICKERS WILL EAT MY CALENDAR ALIVE" VisualAir-quote the objection; deadpan the turn.

Transcript

You're right. And the way you're solving it costs more than the tire-kickers ever would.

To keep five bad fits off the calendar, you're making a hundred good ones wait for a callback, right? That's locking the front door of your showroom because a few people browse.

The fix isn't a locked door. It's a doorman. Something that asks: what's the problem, where's the property, do you own the home, when did you notice it — and only shows inspection times to the ones who pass.

Bad fits get rerouted before your estimator burns a slot or a forty-minute drive. Good fits book instantly. I built that doorman — comment DEMO and it's yours, free.

ATF caption

If you're keeping tire-kickers out by making every good foundation & waterproofing lead wait for a callback, comment DEMO — I'll give you the doorman instead. Free.

Strategy & purpose

  • Job: kills the #1 adoption objection with validation-then-flip. "Doorman" is the analogy that sticks.
  • Belief moved: #4 — qualification IS the product, AI behind the glass (never homeowner-facing trust risk).
  • Behavior callout: hook is the buyer's exact words — highest recognition-bait in the set.
Reel 6speed to leadCTA: DEMO
"In foundation & waterproofing, a lead that waits an hour isn't a lead anymore. It's a memory."
▸ expand for transcript + strategy

Triple hook

SpokenHook as written — aphorism. On-screenA LEAD THAT WAITS AN HOUR IS A MEMORY VisualWatch-check or phone-flip on "an hour."

Transcript

Respond in minutes and you're the only company in the conversation. Wait an hour, and they've filled out two more forms. Wait a day, and you're one of four callbacks competing for the same kitchen table.

And yet the standard model in this industry is: form, inbox, "the office will call you." We don't want to reply the next day — we want to reply within five minutes, right? That's how you win the job when there's five other people quoting it.

Speed-to-lead isn't a hiring problem. It's a system problem. The first response has to be instant, useful, and end with a booked inspection — not "we'll reach out."

That's exactly what I built, and speed is the first thing AI-First buys you. Comment DEMO — free, wired for your company.

ATF caption

If your foundation & waterproofing leads hear "the office will call you back," comment DEMO — I'll make your first response instant and end in a booked inspection. Free.

Strategy & purpose

  • Job: the decay-curve reel, kept qualitative — no invented statistics on camera.
  • Belief moved: #3/#4 — the system between click and calendar is what you're buying.
  • Voice note: "reply within five minutes… five other people quoting it" is your own recorded line — keep it verbatim.
Reel 7⏳ gated: audit numbersCTA: DEMO
"I audited [N] foundation & waterproofing companies' marketing. Here's the leak almost every single one has."

Triple hook

SpokenHook with the real [N] — verify before scripting locks. On-screenI AUDITED [N] COMPANIES. SAME LEAK. VisualLaptop/spreadsheet insert as the proof artifact (one insert max).

Transcript

Almost none of them could take a homeowner from "I have a crack" to a scheduled inspection without a phone call.

"Call now" buttons that hit voicemail after five. Forms with nine fields and no next step. No service-area check, no job-type check — every homeowner dumped into the same generic inbox.

Which means in most markets, right now, nobody has solved the last mile. The first company that lets a qualified homeowner reserve an inspection online wins by default. No better ads required.

I turned the full audit into a teardown — what the top companies do, what everyone misses, what to copy. Comment DEMO and I'll send it, and build you the fix. Both free.

ATF caption

If you want to see what [N] foundation & waterproofing companies are all getting wrong — and the one thing none of them have built — comment DEMO. Teardown + the fix, free.

Strategy & purpose

  • Job: proof at scale; bridges straight to the 805-report lane on paid.
  • Belief moved: #5 — St. Pierre can build this for my niche; the audit is the receipts.
Truth gate: [N] and "almost none" must come from actual audit data (top-100 vulnerability audit is done; the 805-list booking-path audit is the strongest source). Do not estimate on camera.
Reel 8screen-record + VOCTA: DEMO

▸ expand for transcript + strategy

Triple hook

SpokenVO over the recording from second zero. On-screenBOOKED AT 11 PM. ZERO STAFF. VisualThe demo-bot screen recording IS the hook — chat opens immediately.

Transcript (VO)

Homeowner opens the chat: "I've got water in my basement after it rains."

The bot asks where the water's coming in. How long it's been happening. Gets the address — checks it's inside the service area. Confirms they own the home. Asks when someone can walk the property with them.

Then it shows inspection slots. They tap one. Done.

Name, phone, address, the whole problem description — captured. Confirmation sent by text. That homeowner never waited for a callback, and your team walks in tomorrow to a qualified inspection on the calendar with the full story attached.

This is day one of an AI-First install, and I give it away. Comment DEMO and I'll build one on your company's info — free.

ATF caption

If you want to watch a foundation & waterproofing inspection get booked at 11 PM with zero staff involved, hit play — then comment DEMO and I'll build this for your company, free.

Strategy & purpose

  • Job: the strongest reel — mechanism becomes proof. Demo bot is live at stpierre-demo-bot.pages.dev; capture the screen recording BEFORE the trip, record clean VO takes in the room.
  • Belief moved: #6 — the personalized demo proves the build is specific to me.
  • Muted test: this one passes automatically — the recording carries it.
Reel 9engine-room authorityCTA: DEMO

▸ expand for transcript + strategy

Triple hook

SpokenHook as written — credibility + open loop ("one number"). On-screenONE NUMBER WAS ALWAYS A LIE VisualStraight-to-camera, stillest framing of the set — let the claim sit.

Transcript

The report. Every month: leads up, cost-per-lead down, dashboard all green. And the owner would still say, "my calendar's empty."

Both things were true, right? Because leads aren't the business — booked inspections are. A lead that never gets scheduled is just a name you paid for.

That's where I learned the rule I've run on ever since: don't trust the report. Trust the calendar.

That lie is why I rebuilt the whole engine AI-First with Claude. And the first thing I fix in any foundation company isn't the ads — it's the machine between "contact us" and the calendar. I'll install it for you free. Comment DEMO.

ATF caption

If your foundation & waterproofing marketing reports look great while your calendar stays thin, comment DEMO — don't trust the report, trust the calendar. The fix is free.

Strategy & purpose

  • Job: the authority reel — Engine Room story carries credibility; ends on the campaign's second mantra ("trust the calendar").
  • Guardrail: critique the model, never name former companies or people. Claims stay at "operator who ran the engine."
  • AI-First frame: the lie → the rebuild → "AI-First with Claude" — this is the founder-story bridge into the category.
Reel 10 · close the arcoffer logicCTA: DEMO

▸ expand for transcript + strategy

Triple hook

SpokenHook as written — curiosity + stakes. On-screenEVERYONE SAYS THIS DEAL IS INSANE VisualShrug/half-smile on "insane," then dead serious for the terms.

Transcript

I'll build you the booking engine — the chatbot that qualifies homeowners, checks your service area, completes intake, and puts inspections on your calendar — for free. Not a trial. Not a demo that expires. Free.

Because I'd rather prove the system works than ask you to trust another agency's promise. You've been asked to fund retainers and reports before ever seeing an outcome, right? I think that's backwards. Proof should come before payment.

And when you want the whole machine — demand creation, follow-up, all five chapters — that's when we talk. That part's your call.

One foundation & waterproofing company per market. Comment DEMO before your competitor does.

ATF caption

If you've been burned paying agencies before seeing proof, comment DEMO — I'll build your foundation & waterproofing booking engine free, and you decide what happens after. One company per market.

Strategy & purpose

  • Job: the offer-logic reel — risk reversal + territory scarcity. Publishes LAST (manifesto first, offer last).
  • Belief moved: #7 — $0 down makes starting safer than an unpredictable calendar.
  • Offer language: matches the current offer exactly — free build, pay after results, one company per market. No retired proof lines.

2 · The 5 modular bodies — stitch behind any hook

Paid-ads spine. Each starts mid-thought (no re-hook) so any of the 50 hooks cuts straight in. Same framing and mic as the hooks. These + hooks + CTA closers assemble into ~100 ads in edit — fractional factorial reads hook, body, and destination main effects separately.

Transcript

Three weeks. That's how much money I had left the day I walked away from the most established marketing operation in foundation and waterproofing.

No clients. No salary. Just the engine I'd spent two years building — and a bet that contractors deserved a version of it that actually served them, right?

So I did the thing a broke person isn't supposed to do. Instead of guarding what I knew, I started giving it away — the systems, the templates, the playbooks — in public, one piece at a time.

And then I rebuilt the entire engine with Claude. Not AI bolted on top of the old model — AI-First, from the ground up. That's the machine I install now.

Strategy & purpose

  • Pairs with: A2 founder/bet hooks (13–18), proof hooks (19–21). Avoid pairing with math hooks — tonal mismatch.
  • Purpose: trust + differentiation. The irrational-generosity contradiction is the retention engine; the close hands off to any CTA.
  • Fixes: replaces the offer-stale Jun-22 VSL open (which still closed on "booked inspections, guaranteed" — retired).
Body B2~40sthe split (mechanism)
Adding AI vs being AI-First — the category education body.
▸ expand for transcript + strategy

Transcript

Here's the difference, because it's not semantics. Adding AI means you bought a tool — same broken process, just faster, right? Being AI-First means the machine sits in the middle of everything: the ads, the qualification, the booking, the follow-up.

It works like this. Ninety-seven percent of homeowners with a developing problem haven't searched for a contractor yet. So the creative reaches them at the symptom stage, before the price-shopping race starts. The system qualifies them, books the inspection, and then — this is the part everybody skips — every sold job gets fed back in, so the ads get smarter about who your real buyer is.

Brand over bought leads. Flywheels over campaigns. Claude in the middle of all of it. One AI-First company per market — that's the whole model.

Strategy & purpose

  • Pairs with: AI-First hooks (1–12), google-ceiling/97% hooks (37–40), data-loop hooks (49).
  • Purpose: moves beliefs #2–#3 and plants the category. First/next/then mechanism structure — viewer can picture how it works.
  • One number: 97%. Don't add more stats — proof lives in B3.
Body B3~30sthe proof
805 sites, two years inside, the stats bar — receipts only, no client names.
▸ expand for transcript + strategy

Transcript

Quick receipts, because you shouldn't take a stranger's word on this. I spent two years running the lead-gen engine inside one of the most established operations in foundation and waterproofing — not the face on the ads, the operator behind them.

This year I screened 805 contractor websites. Almost all of them leak jobs the same eight ways — homeowners who already clicked, already filled something out, and never made it to a calendar.

The system I install now was built on everything those two years and 805 audits taught me. That's the machine, and the numbers are public.

Strategy & purpose

  • Pairs with: proof hooks (19–21, 3), premium/owner-ceiling hooks (43–46).
  • Purpose: belief #5 — "St. Pierre can build this for my niche." Bridges naturally to the 805-report CTA (C2).
  • Truth gate: stats-bar figures ($5M+/10X–23X) go ON-SCREEN, not spoken, so re-verification never forces a re-shoot.

So here's the actual deal, plainly. Ten or more new foundation and waterproofing jobs in the next ninety days. I build the whole system — ads, qualification, booking, follow-up — and you pay only if it works.

Zero down. Pay after results. Week to week — no contract trapping you, right? No lead vendors. No depending on referrals. No expensive advertising.

The whole thing is built with Claude, and I only take one company per niche per market — because the system creates demand, and two of you in the same city would be bidding against yourselves.

If the calendar doesn't fill, I don't get paid. That's the whole deal.

Strategy & purpose

  • Pairs with: everything — the universal closer body. Strongest behind offer hooks (36–42) and AI-First offer hooks (4–6, 12).
  • Purpose: belief #7 — starting is safer than staying unpredictable. Jargon lines verbatim, never simplified.

This is what day one looks like. A homeowner opens the chat at 11 PM: water in the basement after it rains.

Your team walks in tomorrow to a qualified inspection with the full story attached. Nobody called anybody. That's an AI-First front door, and it's the first thing I install.

Strategy & purpose

  • Pairs with: speed/follow-up hooks (29–31), calendar hooks (22–25), reel-8 style openers.
  • Purpose: mechanism-as-proof for paid; the retargeting cut of reel 8. Screen recording captured off-trip; VO recorded with the same mic as everything else.

So you've seen the offer: ten or more new foundation and waterproofing jobs in ninety days, zero down. And if you're like most owners, the number in your head right now is "what's the catch," right?

Here's the whole machine, front to back. One — I build a Facebook ad for your exact market. Two — I build a booking bot with Claude that answers every lead in seconds, screens out the tire-kickers, and books the real ones straight onto your calendar. Three — you show up to inspections and close the work. That's it.

Now the guarantee mechanics, because that's what everyone actually wants to know. Zero down means zero — you don't pay before it's built. It runs week to week. If the jobs don't show up, you don't keep paying. The risk sits on my side, and again — that's how it should be. You've funded enough retainers on hope.

After you apply, it's a fifteen-minute call where I walk you through the build for your market. Not a pitch — the actual plan. One company per market, so if your area's open, it's open.

The application takes about two minutes. Tap Learn More and finish it.

Strategy & purpose

  • Audience: Layer 2 — LP visitors who didn't start the application (vsl_visitors_180d, the one warm audience that already works).
  • Job: kill the objection + demystify the guarantee + set call expectations, in one video. Doubles as the seed for the video-engager audience SP currently has none of.
  • Covers the Jul-17 map's Layer-2 asks: guarantee mechanics + what-happens-after-you-apply, spoken instead of two statics.
  • CTA: Learn More → application. Never comment-bait on paid.

I'm Alex — I run stpierre.ai. I do one thing: get foundation repair and waterproofing contractors more jobs.

Across the accounts I run, I've managed over 5 million dollars in ad spend. The contractors on this system see 10 to 23 times that money come back. That's the track record.

No lead vendors. No depending on referrals. No expensive advertising. Just booked jobs. See you on our call.

Strategy

Week one, we don't ask you to spend big. We turn on one Facebook ad and a booking bot I build with Claude.

The bot talks to every lead, screens them, and books the good ones straight onto the calendar. By the end of month one, that's real jobs on the books — not a pile of leads you have to chase.

That's the start. We're aiming for 10 or more new jobs in 90 days. It's $0 down.

Strategy

  • What month one actually looks like.
  • Guardrail: no named client, no made-up numbers — keep it to the shape of month one unless a real approved result exists.

Before: you're waiting on referrals, buying leads that go nowhere, and calling people who never pick up.

After we plug in the system — built with Claude — the ad brings people in and the bot books them for you. You wake up to inspections on the calendar instead of a list of names to hunt down.

Same you, same crew. Different machine feeding it.

Strategy

  • The chasing→booked flip.
  • Copy swap enforced: "plugged in the AI" → "the system, built with Claude."

The ad runs every day. Leads come in every day. The booking bot works every day. You just show up to inspections that are already on your calendar.

Month after month, that's how you get to 10 or more new foundation and waterproofing jobs a quarter.

It's not a launch you hope works once. It's a system that just keeps feeding you.

Strategy

  • Not a spike — a monthly rhythm.

A foundation and waterproofing contractor comes to me tired of buying leads and waiting on referrals.

Step one: I build the Facebook ad and the booking bot, with Claude, for their exact market. Step two: the ad goes live, leads come in, and the bot screens every one and books the real ones. Step three: they show up to inspections and close them — that's the 10X to 23X coming back.

No lead vendors. No depending on referrals. No expensive advertising. That's the whole machine.

Strategy

  • Deep-dive anchor for skeptics — record looser; the 60s version is the email default, let it run 3–5 min podcast-style if it's flowing. Record LAST with row 121.
Email 5 · "But will it work for me?" — objections (one energy, back-to-back)

Big companies already have a marketing team. You don't — that's the gap I fill.

The ad and the booking bot do the work a whole team would do, for one small shop. And it's $0 down — you're not betting money you don't have. The jobs have to show up first.

Small is the whole point. Let's get you to 10 jobs in 90 days.

Strategy

  • "I'm a small shop" objection — flips size into the qualifying trait.

You're on job sites all day. You shouldn't be fiddling with ads at night.

I build it and I run it. The booking bot, built with Claude, handles every lead for you. Your only job is to show up to the inspections it books.

You keep doing the work you're good at. I keep the calendar full.

Strategy

  • "I'm slammed" objection — removes the management burden entirely.

Every contractor thinks their town is different. Here's what's actually true.

People everywhere have cracked foundations and wet basements. They all search for help. I build the ad and the bot for your exact market — your area, your service lines.

The problem's local. The system that catches it is the same everywhere. It works.

Strategy

  • "My market's different" — the classic; answered with the universal-symptom truth.
Row 116objection: I'll wait~40s
"Waiting one quarter to start costs more than you think."

Transcript

The goal is 10 or more new jobs in 90 days. That's one quarter.

Every quarter you wait, that's 10 jobs someone else in your area is booking instead of you. The ad and the bot start working the day we turn them on. Waiting just moves the start line back.

It's $0 down. There's no reason the clock shouldn't start now.

Strategy

  • Urgency by opportunity cost — no fake scarcity.

Most marketing makes you pay big up front and hope. I hate that too.

So with me it's $0 down. You don't hand me money before you see it work. If the jobs don't show up, you don't keep paying. It's week to week, cancel anytime.

The risk is on me to produce. That's how it should be.

Strategy

  • Risk-reversal explained.
Gate: old "$1/credit guarantee" mechanic is retired — this is reframed to $0-down, result-gated, week-to-week, deliberately no day-count. Confirm the exact guarantee wording before recording this one.

Someone sees your Facebook ad and taps it because their foundation's cracking.

The booking bot — built with Claude — messages them back in seconds, day or night. It asks the right questions, screens out the tire-kickers, and books the real ones.

You never touch it. You just see the inspection show up on your calendar.

Strategy

  • Demystifies the bot.
  • Copy swap enforced: never say the bare phrase "the AI" on camera.

A normal agency charges you big money up front and hands you leads to chase.

I build you a system with Claude that works around the clock and books the jobs for you. It never sleeps, never calls in sick, and it's $0 down — you don't pay unless the jobs show up.

Same goal, way less risk, and nobody handing you a bill before you've booked a thing.

I watched good foundation and waterproofing contractors get burned by lead vendors over and over. They'd pay for names that never answered, then blame themselves.

So I built stpierre.ai to sell booked jobs, not leads. That's the whole point.

No lead vendors. No depending on referrals. No expensive advertising. Just work on your calendar.

One thing costs most foundation and waterproofing contractors jobs: they answer leads too slow.

If someone messages you, reply in five minutes, not five hours. Speed wins the job. That's the exact problem my booking bot solves — it answers in seconds, every time.

Try the speed thing this week. Then let's talk about making it automatic.

Strategy

  • Gives value before the call so they show up warm — and the tip IS the product demo.

I block real time to build your market plan before we get on. It's not a canned demo.

If you can't make it, just tell me and we'll move it. That's totally fine. But if you're serious about 10 or more jobs in 90 days, show up.

It's $0 down to find out. See you on the call.

Strategy

  • Direct, human show-up ask — Haynes' no-show killer.

A1 · AI-First split — shoot first, freshest energy (12)
01Some foundation companies are adding AI tools. One company in your market is about to be AI-First. Those are not the same thing.
02Every market gets one AI-First foundation & waterproofing company. It's either you, or the guy you keep losing bids to.
03I screened 805 contractor websites. I found the same 8 leaks on almost all of them.
04Want 10 or more new foundation jobs in the next 90 days? I build the whole system. You pay only if it works.
05Becoming the AI-First foundation company in your market takes 90 days. Or you don't pay.
06Looking for 5 foundation & waterproofing companies that want 10+ new jobs in the next 90 days.
07Most foundation companies are adding AI. The ones pulling away are AI-First. The difference is the whole game.
08★ Adding AI is a purchase. Becoming AI-First is a rebuild. Your competitor can copy the first one.
09★ In two years every foundation company will say they use AI. One per market will have been built on it.
10★ The AI-First contractor doesn't buy leads. He owns the machine that makes them.
11★ What happens to your foundation company the day a competitor goes AI-First? I'll show you, because I build them.
12★ I run this entire company with Claude. Now I build the same machine for foundation & waterproofing contractors.
A2 · Founder / the bet — bridge close: "…so I rebuilt the engine with Claude, AI-First from the ground up." (6)
13I built the ad machines for some of the biggest names in foundation marketing. Then I quit. What I saw inside is costing you money every month.
14I wasn't the face. I was the engine room.
15I quit one of the biggest names in foundation marketing with 3 weeks of money left.
16Everyone said hoard what you know. I had 3 weeks of cash and did the opposite. Watch.
17Don't trust my story. Read my terms. The risk sits on my side now.
18Contractors have been trained to pay before they can see anything. That is backwards.
A3 · Proof / inside knowledge (3)
19What 10,000 booked inspections taught me that no agency will say out loud.
20Two years running lead gen inside one of the biggest foundation & waterproofing operations in the country. One number was always a lie.
21I audited hundreds of foundation companies' marketing. Almost every one has the same leak.
A4 · Calendar confidence (4)
22You know you need to hire. You're afraid to. Here's the only number that says it's safe.
23★ You don't have a lead problem. You have a backlog problem — a calendar too thin to make the next hire safe.
24Ran the Sales Rep Calendar Test on 60 foundation companies. Here's the pattern.
25Before you hire any marketing agency, ask these 4 questions. Takes 10 minutes.
A5 · Qualify first (3)
26Never let your sales rep walk into a house blind.
27Never send trucks to unqualified appointments.
28★ A form isn't qualification. A conversation is.
A6 · Speed / follow-up (3)
29Your lead rep responds in 4 hours on average. Nobody told you the job goes to whoever responds in 5 seconds.
30In foundation & waterproofing, a lead that waits an hour isn't a lead anymore. It's a memory.
3160% of your booked estimates never confirm. The follow-up system is the job.
A7 · Real cost / the math (3)
32That $100 lead costs you $1,400 once your rep drives 240 miles to a no-show. You're optimizing the wrong number.
33Your real cost per booked appointment isn't $150. It's $400. Here's the math.
346 estimates, zero bookings. Your sales rep just drove 240 miles for $0.
A8 · Shared leads (2)
35Shared leads are shared losses. A homeowner sold to five contractors isn't a lead, it's a race.
36Still buying shared leads? You're training your competition's close rate.
A9 · Google ceiling / the 97% (4)
37Every contractor on Google is fighting over 3% of the market. Here's where the other 97% live.
3897% of homeowners with a structural problem haven't searched for a contractor yet. They have the symptom. Nobody's reaching them.
39Every $3M foundation company hits the same wall. Google's the wall.
40★ Facebook was never Google. You're using a creation channel like a capture channel.
A10 · The offer (2)
41★ No lead vendors. No depending on referrals. No expensive advertising. (verbatim — never simplified)
42★ Zero down. You pay after results. Week to week. Nobody in this industry offers that. Here's why I can.
A11 · Premium frame / owner ceiling (4)
43If you do permanent structural work and you're losing to patch guys on Angi, you don't have a price problem.
44"I'm the best salesman, I'll keep doing the estimates." That's exactly why you're stuck at $1.4M.
45Operators who break $10M aren't better marketers. They stopped running the business and built a machine.
46Never assume the same playbook scales from $1M to $10M. There's a tier where 80% of contractors stall.
A12 · Anti-retainer / AI posture / data loop (4)
47Home services ad costs are up 30% year over year. The contractors winning are testing faster, not spending more.
48Never sign another marketing retainer. Not with me. Not with anyone.
49Feed Meta your closed jobs, not clicks. Send junk events, it buys junk. Send qualified events, it hunts your real buyers.
50An AI receptionist booking your $14K jobs is killing your trust. AI belongs behind the glass, not on the phone.
